Initially contacted by in-house recruiter on LinkedIn to gauge interest and they never responded to my openness to discuss. I applied online to the role and was immediately emailed by the same recruiter saying the hiring manager wanted to schedule a meeting and to respond to 3 generic questions before doing so. I never heard back to setup interview with hiring manager despite multiple follow-ups via email and voicemail.
