Typical recruiter screen and meet with the hiring manager. After meeting with the hiring manager, the recruiter said she would follow up when she received feedback. That was December 9th. I emailed again December 15th and still, as of February 12th, have yet to receive any reply nor any indication that I will not be moving forward, unless you count being ghosted.
