The first interview was with the President of the Company. The CFO then entered and the VP of Technology Services. After a great exchange with all of them, I was taken on a tour of the Company. During the tour, I was introduced to most employees. I was told that hiring is a group effort. My second interview was with the owner of the Company. My third interview was with the President again and then the job offer.

The interview process consisted of a phone screen with HR then an interview with the hiring managers of the job's department. There was also a skills assessment after the interviews that took about an hour.
