Instead of looking over your qualifications, the guy trys to sell you on the job immediately and why you want it. That's instantly a bad sign when the roles are reversed. From that point, I lost interest. It's an independent contractor gig. Something I was not lead to believe.

30 minutes interview consist of asking what previous experience in sales you have. They also make you aware that the leads they give you are pretty much garbage but you are in charge of making gold from hay.
