Initial communications were easy and straight forward. The initial call was easy. My interview started on time and I interviewed with the CEO first. The questions were reasonable and I was told the pay structure and my future responsibilities. I chatted with the Chief Engineer as well. I was hired on the spot and they asked for a drug test that day.
