The interview procedure was quite smooth and well organised/structured. Starting with a very comforting discussion with HR to an in-depth discussion about my past and relevant experience, based on the job profile, with the CEO was a breeze in itself. The overall tone of the interview was comforting while giving me ample time to think and structure my answers.
