i was hired by a recruiter, then briefly screened in a one on one interview. the entire process didn't take much more than a few hours. the job is almost entirely commission based, but can be extremely lucrative if you happen to open the right client. they are tremendously unethical, the guy who came up with their business model is doing 30 years, many of the management have barely escaped prison sentences. if they were legitimately selling precious metals as they say they are the job simply wouldn't be so lucrative for them, there are ferraris in the parking lot etc. if you have a record and are looking for a (potential) big check this is the place for you
