Entretien
Applied online in 9/2016. Two days later they sent an email asking when I could interview. I didn't have time to reply and the next morning they called and asked if I could come up for an interview. I flew up there (they didn't pay) and met the HR rep that took me to the room. Two CS managers and HR sat with me and asked me behavioral questions. Tell me a time when this or that happened and how did you handle it. They left the room after the interview was over and came back shortly and offered on the spot.

Entretien
I was invited to an in person interview by email in Minneapolis, MN on 01/21/2016. When I got there I was greeted by the HR Manager and led into a room with herself and two Crew Scheduler Supervisors. Each of them introduced themselves and explained the role, they then all took it in turns to ask me interview questions. I was then given a chance to ask any questions I had. Three days later I received another email offering me the position which I accepted.

Entretien
They had a very thorough interview process. I was called to set up a time and had an interview scheduled quite promptly. The group of individuals who interviewed me were friendly people. The interview was a panel which can make it a little more stressful than just interviewing with one person. I thought they had thought provoking questions but gave me enough time to think about my answers and reply
