Quick call back and Teams interview went well (I thought). Have 10 years experience in PT and exercise training with senior groups, but I guess I wasn't what they were looking for. Only Con: Didn't get a call back about my status and had to reach out to them to tell me I was rejected after 2-3 weeks. Kind of left me hanging.
