The interview process was smooth and very interactive. The interviewers knew what they were looking for and are also seasoned AV industry experts. They were friendly and yet business-like and allowed me to ask questions about the company also. In all, it was a great interview process

Entretien
I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

Entretien
I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
