For part-timers, the company does a hiring event a few times each year. This is a day when several managers conduct several back-to-back interviews for a couple days. A recruiter found my resume on a job networking website so it's definitely a good idea to submit a full profile and resume on Glassdoor and others.

Entretien
I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

Entretien
I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
