I came in and knew right away that I would be hired. My boss gave me more of an idea of the job itself and the property I am located at. He was up front about the down time and the fact that not all weeks would be 40 hours, though he did tell me I would have many months with 60-70 hours (which has only happened twice so far, and only up to 50 hours).

My phone interview consisted of asking my background - education, experience in AV, etc. The basic things.

Entretien
I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

Entretien
I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
