The HR guy emailed me and we agreed upon a phone interview time. He misses the scheduled date and emails me again 2 weeks later saying basically "Whoops, let's do this time instead"--completely no regard for my own schedule and superimposed his own availability. 1st phone interview itself was a basic screening one. The case phone interviewer sounded like he wanted to get this done and out of the way. He spoke way too fast and basically gave off the vibe of "why am I bothered with this". His communication skills made the problem way more difficult than it needed to be. I would not recommend applying for this company as they are flaking and not professional.
