It was a conversation style interview. The whole interview lasted 2 hours, but was under different management at that time. They then did a "shadow day" where you go out in the field and see what a typical day looks like as a liaison.
Speak to a recruiter 1st to set up a video interview.
Then 2 in person interviews. One with management then one with VP and CEO.
They made it very comfortable.
