Entretien
I was interviewed by the HR manager and by the VP (who never told me of what he was a VP of exactly) and by the leaving IT Manager that was in BC (who joined via phone conference). The interview was fine and quite pleasant with the HR manager... until the VP stepped in... then there was silence from the HR manager until the end of the interview. The interview was unstructured and not prepared at all by the Enabil Team. The VP and the IT Manager (the one I might replace) were exchanging text messages during the conversation... just like high school! It was very unprofessional. The VP freaked out with me when I asked what the role was exactly, because so far in the conversation I was totally confused - i.e: It didn't seem to be what was advertised... so if you find yourself in the mission of going to such an interview - prepare yourself for the twilight zone!
