Two phase interview with two interviewers in each. Easy process and every step was explained well. Interviews covered different aspects of the job. Also went on to work with most of the panels in the job.

The interview process was very organized, flexible, and transparent. It felt formal in that they took it seriously, but not too formal, so it was not intimidating. I could tell they were set on finding the best fit for their organization and making sure it would be a good fit for me as well.
