The interview process involved a phone call followed by several Zoom interviews. They were very good at getting back with me in a timely manner and let me ask as many questions as I needed. They also let me talk to another PT that works there.

Easy. Recruiter contacts therapist and does a screen/interview and then moves it to a manager. The manager interviews the therapist who is in charge of the area. It only is two rounds total before you find out if you got the job.
