I applied back in August of 2024. Two weeks later a recruiter reached out to conduct a phone interview. He indicated that he would be reaching out in 4-5 days. It has been over two weeks and no response on a follow-up. The job posting has been getting reposted over the last two weeks. Just another job ghosting employer. Don't waste your time with Empower, since I have all the necessary licenses for this role. I withdrew my application.
