I applied online and interviewed in person with two managers. It was very cordial and light. Good interview with very friendly people. The questions were mixed with good real life situations.

How do you multi task? How do you deal with an angry client? Describe a time you couldn't help a client with what they needed and how you improved on it the next time.

Entretien
The interview process took about 2 weeks. There were two interviews in a matter two weeks. They do require a background check and drug test. I really appreciated how communicative and secure they have been. I'm definitely excited to start.

The company is big on customer service, so they ask questions regarding your previous interactions with customers. Be sure to answer the questions honestly.

Negative experience. During the interview I thought to myself “I don’t want this job!” Interviewer didn’t turn on camera. He asked questions such as “what would previous managers say about your attendance?” Gave me bad vibes. Clearly they have issues with attendance and high turn over. He described the job as being “tethered to your pc and being available at all times.” No thanks!

Entretien
I felt like the interview went well, just to get an email rather quickly, that I wasn’t selected. Not sure why, it was typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. I was very detailed and used good examples , and have more than enough skills and experience to do the job. Probably was racist! Thanks for wasting an hour of my time, I’ll never apply with Empower again!
