Interview process took about 4-5 weeks total. The process began by taking a formal keyboard skills test. Once that was satisfactorily passed, an in person interview was scheduled. The interview was with two team leaders, and took about 30-45 minutes. Questions asked were fairly standard, though often open ended, which led into natural conversation. Once the in person interview was completed, then came the waiting period. I heard nothing for a few weeks, but was eventually contacted and offered the position.
