I got a called back after a f2f for a half day work in office as a trial, it was full on, not much guidance
Apparently if you passed that, you were automatically hired and I did and they said they would get the contract sent to me, they never did and blocked me from calling and emailing. One of the most unprofessional companies I have interviewed for
Initial call with one of the internal recruiters. Then had a call with one of the directors. If successful then you go onto an assessment centre. Then a final stage face to face interview

Entretien
The chap that interviewed me but was disinterested when he felt he had spoken about certain qualities i had that he assumed would take me away from success in his business. Was rude and full of unrealistic achievements. Avoid as clearly they dont know what they want . High turnover comes to mind.
