2 or 3 chats and then you’re hired … but need to create an LLC first and then set up a bank account and then they can pay you … not too hard and the representative was very nice

Straight forward and questions that helped to gather if I was a qualified person for the position. Also wanted to know about previous sales experience. All together was an average interview.
The recruiter was awesome. Once I started I talked to the top agent in the market. What he was making didn't match what was said by the recruiter. Was disappointed.
