J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Empire State Development

This was one of the more disheartening interview experiences I've had during my job search. Hiring manager set up an interview with me and I met with 4 individuals from the organization for an hour interview. Afterwards, they told me I would hear from them in a week regarding next steps. I reached out 2 weeks later when I hadn't heard from them, inquiring about what I could expect as far as next steps, or if they had chose to pursue other candidates. I never received a response, and later saw that they had reposted the listing on LinkedIn. Responding to candidates, even to let them know you are pursuing other applicants, is better than promising contact only to not reach out or respond to inquiries.

The first round was a thirty-minute panel interview with three senior team members including the position's supervisor, plus a member of HR. There was little back and forth/it was not that conversational. Ghosted after the first round.

First applied on their Career website, received an email for an interview about a month later. First met with the Human Resources Manager for about 30 minutes then conducted an interview with the Director and VP about the position I applied for, that interview lasted for about 45 minutes. A few weeks later I got called for an offer and started working there about 2 months later.
