First round was behavioral interview with the cto. It was pretty chill- your standard behavioral interview with some getting to know each other. I thought it went fine but didn’t get past that round.

One phone screen, one technical round. Interviewers were very nice and questions were clear. The one thing that stuck out was that they asked for my performance review rating at my current company
