It was a lot more informal than I thought it would be. The two supervisors/managers I interviewed with had the greatest personalities. I can't recall a moment that a smile left their face and I can confidently say we laughed during the entire interview. I was shown around the department and met the rest of the techs. I didn't meet one unwelcoming person. This allowed me to break out of my shell and get through the interview as me and not a dressed up doll that the past 2 years of school has trained me to be. Absolutely amazing.
