The interview was nice until they gave me a brief on spot to answer to verbally straight away. Creative concepts are not made in two seconds with no previous research, this show a bit a lack of knowledge of what the role means. But that was even ok, what I didn't like is that after spending time doing a PI cognitive assessment and an interview they didn't even had the time to say I didn't pass the next step. Instead they sent a form to fill to know how the interview went and one of the questions was "why you think you didn't pass the interview".
