I went through several rounds of interviews and at home tasks which took a considerable amount of my time (about 10 hours in total). I was not selected which is okay, but I would have wished to receive more detailed feedback. I only got a one liner: "You would struggle to make impact here." After investing so much time and energy I would have just appreciated a bit more feedback to learn and grow from.

Lots of consulting-type questions. I suggest preparing for this to get used to the line of questioning. Sample types: How many ping pong balls can fit in a Boeing airplane? What is x multiplied by x? The goal is not to have a correct answer, but for them to understand your line of thinking
