I applied via email, and was interviewed in the EMILY's List office with the person currently holding the position. The interview was not particularly difficult, questions were pretty typical and straightforward. I was told that there could be a second interview. I reached out multiple times to follow up after the interview and all of my emails were ignored.

The interview was done through a video call. The interviewer seemed completely uninterested and was writing down notes about my responses. It was really intimidating. The most frustrating part is that I never heard back from them, not even to say they decided to go in a different direction. A simple email from an assistant would have been considerate.
