During the interview, they asked in-depth questions about my project, focusing on its objectives, impact, and execution. They explored the specific problem I aimed to solve, the challenges I encountered throughout the process, and how I approached overcoming them. The discussion delved into technical and strategic aspects, requiring me to articulate my thought process, decision-making rationale, and key trade-offs made along the way. Additionally, they were interested in how I collaborated with stakeholders, managed constraints like time and resources, and measured success. The interview process was conducted on campus after candidate selection. Once the 1st round was complete the interviewers forwarded info to Emerson talent manager then to the hiring managers. Hiring managers conducted 2nd round virtually.
