I was not kept waiting more than a day regarding employment. Actually, I knew before I left that I was hired and my salary was still being negotiated.

I applied through an employee referral. I first had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then asked to come in for a day of interviews with line managers. Then, I didn't hear anything for almost 5 months. Finally got the job offer
