First was a phone interview. Second was a series of six interviews, thirty minutes each, in one day. At first I was excited about this process, but my feelings quickly soured. Not only did some interviewers not show up, others didn't even bring a pad of paper or a list of questions to ask. I'm not sure how my responses were even recorded. A few of these people spent more time looking at their watch then they did at me. As soon as their thirty minutes were up, they were out of there.
