They start with touring you around the facility and then putting you in front of two panels of interviewers. The first panel asks about your experience and skills, the second is more about your practical problem solving skills in how you would work through an issue over a phone call.

Entretien
The process started with an initial interview from the HR from another country, asking typical questions about my experience . After that, a second interview followed with local managers which was more technical and wanting to get to know me better and also many questions with hypothetical scenarios to see my understanding of the position.
