-Dinner with executives to assess fit
All around a fantastic process and a fantastic opportunity! I thought the other candidates at the superday were all really bright and motivated.
The manager of the hiring process was very friendly and welcoming and there was even significant exposure to the COO who runs the program.

Entretien
Went through College Career Fair. Simple behavioral interview, went over resume and had time for 2-3 questions at the end. Fairly new program, so it seems to be more for a personality fit rather than a technical fit. Still looking for technically adept people, but definitely culture based
