After applying did a phone screening with a recruiter. Literally was only asked one question “tell me about your experience” then was asked for salary range. The call was only 7 minutes so no real questions were asked. I am technically overqualified for this position as it was entry level with no experience needed. Therefore anyone should be able to interview, having lots of experience and checking all the boxes it was so disappointing. I knew the hiring manager wouldn’t have enough information. A week later I got a general rejection email. Don’t get how I couldn’t interview with the hiring manager for such an entry level position with no real questions asked. Awful. Avoid.
