After applying you are called to schedule a F2F interview. You interview with the Ramp Operations and Dispatch Manager. Typical interview question: Tell me about yourself; Strengths and weaknesses; Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult coworker and how you handled it. Things like that. Then, if the Ramp Operations Manager sees you as a potential candidate, you meet with a group of Flight Dispatchers. This is more of a conversation than an interview. You get to ask questions about the job and gain more of an understanding about your role and responsibilities. After that you will either be offered the job on the spot or sent home and called telling you whether or not they would like to offer you the position. I was sent home and called 3 days later with a job offer. In the call we discussed a start date and the onboarding process. Overall great experience. Everyone was very welcoming and personable.
