I was first contacted in July, has a brief conversation with an employee and then a few weeks of silence. I followed up once per week and eventually had a 1st interview and 2nd interview on the same day. 1st was with HR and my soon to be manager, then the 2nd was with a VP of Sales. I was offered a job with Embraer a few weeks later.
