The Interview was 3-4 stages long... The first stage is a video/phone call (if the pandemic is still happening). This stage would consist of Ember getting to know you and your career history, to see your ambitions and goals and how you may best fit the company. The second stage is a technical task and maybe a few technical questions to go alongside the tasks, the task usually is build a one static webpage following a design that will be provided within a allocated time. The last stage would be meeting with the senior management/leadership discussing the reasoning behind your answer for the technical task and questions, the tech stack you're currently comfortable with, if you have any previous work experience which may help Ember in any way. Also a chance to show off any of your personal works and projects you may have.
