First you have an over the phone interview with the manager over the position for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then you will meet one on one with in a couple of days to a week. In the one on one interview you will first talk to the direct manager again for about 20 to 30 minutes with more in-depth questions. Then you will speak with the GM or AGM and or both.
