One of the most disjointed and unprofessional conversations I have had to date. The lead would not disclose a salary range but wanted me to disclose both my expected and current salary. Claimed that salary was unimportant because he was looking for people 'looking for more than salary' in an economy that has the highest inflation in 40 years. As a talent professional myself I would not trust this company.
