The process for interview was straightforward and in two parts, initial and final interview to determine the candidate's capabilities, job experience and various skills.
First they invited me on telephonic interview and then they invited me to visit their site office for face-to-face interview and gave me some analytical tasks to perform.

1 - Give a brief on your prior experience and tell us about your academic achievements
2- Tell us something about your weaknesses and strengths
3 - What does hold you from making a decision during work pressure
4 - What do you know about MEP systems, and they asked some random questions about building services
5 - What is testing and commissioning, and how does it lead to project close-out, then asked close-out steps
6 - How many Projects have you managed till to date
7 - Questions about computer skills, design drawings, contract management etc.
7 - Expected salary and how soon can you join if offered
Next interview was at their site office and it was more like judging my on site skills, analytical tasks and problem solving.

Average delayed recruitment process and tool 3 months to close the requisition with let it be attitude from the manager and shown much dependency to dubai team even for small decisions which should not be case for smooth operation run

received E-mail from the HR, The interview was set up promptly from their side for the next day itself and started with punctual time which was a plus. I was interviewed by the GM of the concerned department and preceded by Interview by Head HR. Thats about it. Rest was the usual process. Done within a day.

Technical questions related to my field. Answered to satisfaction. Asked why I wanted to change even when I was enjoying my role in present organization. Expectations from Emaar and selling of some big dreams by the HR.
