it was a very brief process. Answered an add on the paper and emailed resume and cover letter. got call back pretty soon. went in for an interview 3 days later. mostly discussed what I did previously. was given a tour of the department i would have to supervise. asked about when i could start and i accepted and started in 3 weeks time
