This was a very intense interview process for the pay range listed. There were two screening interviews, one with HR and one with the Hiring Manager. From there they required that I take two separate tests. Once the results from those were in, I had three interviews with different leads of the department. The final interview was a sales pitch based on a case study they provided 72 hours before the meeting. I put a TON of work into this (approximately 30 hours) which was difficult given that I had a full-time job. Even though they mentioned several times that they didn't expect me to be an expert on the product I was pitching, they certainly did. I signed on to the final interview and immediately felt intimidated by the fact that I was giving the presentation to 5 white, middle-aged men. Not the best showcase of all the diversity they are constantly boasting about. They GRILLED me about the product, why I chose it, how much it would cost etc. I was absolutely caught off-guard by how ruthless and intricate the line of questioning was. After all the time and effort that went into my interview process, I simply got an auto-response from HR saying I was no longer being considered. They are expecting way too much for a position that has a base pay of $95k. Do not waste your time.
