About two weeks after applying I received a response telling me that I could take an online test, which may or may not be followed by a phone interview. The test was a basic logic test and was moderately difficult. Some questions were simply on spatial ability while others were questions in the vein of "of Dan, Sally, Eric, Cassie, and Melissa, who finishes and in what order". Others were vaguely programming-related turing machine-like questions on the final value of some input. That kind of thing. Apparently I passed and they contacted me a few days after the test to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was basic stuff as to why I was interested in the job, Ellucian, what have you.
