Initial interview with HR was comfortable and professional. They seem to be new at hiring career coaches, because process wasn’t sorted out well. Received email asking for a presentation, which was odd since I hadn’t interviewed with anyone else and the position is for coaching. Coaching and presenting are two different skill sets. Unfortunately, I feel as though what they posted as a position doesn’t relate to their process.
