initially technical guy will come and grill on technical questions from basic to higher level. in between they will ask to write programs and execute the same. Next level logical questions and reasoning and then analytical questions. If they are convinced with my answers then they will pass it to Human resources division

For developer it would be a phone screen with technical round. Later during face to face round you will have written test with 1 or 2 program to be written. Later technical interview and logical round.
