The recruiter I worked with seemed a bit haphazard, as I had to follow up through phone and email several times throughout the process. The initial phone call was interesting, as she was only worried about if the salary range would be something I would consider. After I called back, she conducted an impromptu phone screen and then passed me on to the next round with the hiring manager and 2 team members for the following week. The next round was fairly easy and laidback, the questions weren't too difficult. The team seemed super friendly and helpful, but I could tell they were understaffed. After this round I didn't hear anything for a month, and had to constantly email asking for a follow up. Finally after a month I got an offer (after more back and forth with the recruiter and hiring manager, there was clearly some miscommunication). I ended up turning down the offer as the pay was too low considering the amount of work I'd be doing.
