I have to say the interviewing process was very professional and straight forward. At all times you are able to monitor the status of your interview online. I applied online and a few days later received a link to take a call center simulation type test. Again extremely professional, the instructions was clear, my word of advice is to take your time and have paper and pencil handy. Take the test in a quiet area away from distractions. After completion of testing a few days later received a email to schedule an onsite interview. The interview was a behavioral type interview "STAR" approach. Difficulty for myself on a scale from 1-10 was actually an 8 for I haven't worked in a while and REALLY had to go back a couple of years. Really examine your resume and be prepared to explain your answers. Building was very clean and people were in happy spirits. I'm very impressed this far and know without a doubt this is a great opportunity. Also the benefits are OUTSTANDING!! Best wishes for those who are seeking. Good Luck!!

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.

Web camera interview then a second interview. Job offer a week later. Job offer was sent via Email and then quick phone call for offer. Congratulations letter followed the same day and then background check

Interview was good , they asks lots of questions just answer them with confidence I say . Questions can get a little tricky in the interview but you can do it
