Application, phone interview, then in person. There is a training class that has several different start dates and I have been moved to a later date. This caused the automotive process of wanting me to take their online skill and questionare and then phone interview all over again. I had to call them to find out what was going on. The left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.

Web camera interview then a second interview. Job offer a week later. Job offer was sent via Email and then quick phone call for offer. Congratulations letter followed the same day and then background check

Interview was good , they asks lots of questions just answer them with confidence I say . Questions can get a little tricky in the interview but you can do it
