Interview was pretty simple. Walked in and met with a manager to get to know each other, did a mock customer service call, and met again. I was offered a position with the company within the same day.

Interviewed as a group first (there were 8 applicants) where a team activity was required. All of the candidates were required to participate in a scenario and present the results to the hiring and training team. This was unusual for me. I'd never done anything like this before in an interview. After that each candidate introduced themselves to the hiring team. Moments later individuals were called back in teams of two to interview with respective hiring managers. Thankfully, the interviews were done individually. Standard questions.
