J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Elementum (Midvale, UT) en déc. 2025
Entretien
Recruiter sent me to People Manager to final round where I did a systems interview followed by architecture and then behavioral. They were fine as people but ghosted after the final round despite recruiter and I asking for verification a couple times. I know ghosting is becoming common but at that phase in the process I think it's unprofessional. It communicates that they don't respect people in a very clear and obvious way. I think behavior like this tends to propagate internally but psychopathy is encouraged in workplaces in general so I guess who cares?
